Abstract:

Over the past hundred years, the average air temperature in Tokyo has risen by three degrees. That is five times the rate at which global warming has been occurring. This is what we call "heat island" effect. This program is to introduce the "heat island" effect in Tokyo and the abnormal weather changes it caused accordingly in this city.
