In 1964 Martin Luther King was given very important world prize — the Nobel Peace prize for all his work in improving race relations do nonviolence. Martin Luther King was recognized all over the world as a great man who helped the American all races understand why was important to work together for freedom and civil rights. He died but his ideas lived on.
