History:Toumai, the New Ancestor
Professor Michael Brunet has long suspected the theories of the origin of the man are incorrect. Twenty years ago, he set out to explore the west of the African Rift Valley. Michael and his team discovered the first hominid fossil in Central Africa, the jaw of anoucetrl priverty is named Abele and it’s 3.5 million years old. But in 2001, in the Djurab Dessert of the northern Chad,they found Toumai,which could be the oldest known ancestor of mankind.
