Out of the Big Bang， matter was created. Stars and galaxes were formed. So was our planet. Out of the soup， the molecules of life bulit simple， then more complex creatuers. Tonight， Natural Connections are new perspectives on revolution. Science is a way of learning how nature works. But science has grown so explosively that the individual scientist has to specialize more and more. This means that scientific knowledge has become highly fragmented. But there is another approach， one that searches for unity within the vast diversity of nature， one that seeks to define our place in the overall scheme of things.
