Wires are everywhere and messy. They are connecting all of our computers, so we can communicate with each other like we have never done before. When we talk about a wired community in terms of the new information highway, what we are talking about is getting the kind of bandwidth that you would normally get with cable TV or something like that, something that can give you video and audio and those sorts of things. So that you can contact anybody else in the community and anybody else can contact you.
