Design:Mass Production of Food
We process food to preserve it or to make it more convenient. We can often lower its cost to the consumer. Today, the mass production of food is a huge industry. We're going to look at how a number of different food products are manufactured. We'll see that hygiene and quality control are a high priority and that these depend on proper training and good working conditions for the people who work in the industry.
