Bilbao is Spain's fourth-biggest city. Since 1997 it has had a world attraction to offer: the first Guggenheim Museum in Europe. Like the famous original building in New York， the museum itself is a work of art. It was designed by Frank O. Gehry， an American architect of international renown who has won many awards. Experts have already described the museum as the "most important building of our time".
