Decoration:How did They Build That? —— Foundations
Sometimes， buildings seem to defy gravity. In this programme， we're going to look at the ancient leaning tower of Pisa， the incredible Puerta de Europa towers in Madrid， and a modern classic， the Torre de Collserola in Barcelona. Buildings and structures rely on their foundations to keep them upright， and their foundations rely on the ground beneath. The challenge is to find a solution which uses the ground effectively and doesn't overload it.
