Public Health Care:Going Vegetarian
There are heaps of different styles of vegetarian eating. The most common is Lacto-ovo. That's when you don't eat any meat. But you still eat products derived from animals such as eggs and dairy. Some vegetarians don't eat any products derived from animals include eggs and dairy, and even honey. This is called a vegan diet. In this program, we are going to concentrate on Lacto-ovo diet.
