Today the question of Science Shack is， how cast can Adam propel himself under his own steam? And he will bring the shack to Rockingham Motor Speedway and the challenge is to use technology to convert every scrap of his energy into sheer speed. The challenge is simply to go as fast as he can through a measured 10 metre timing gate. Adam can give himself as long or as short a run-up as he likes. We're interested only in the final speed. How fast can he go on his trusty old mountain bike， let's find out?
