Astronomy:The Cosmos April to June
The mid-latitudes of the northern hemisphere. From April to June, our viewpoint for the nightsky. It's mid-evening and we are looking north. Some familiar constellations of the previous quarter are now higher in the sky, like the pattern of the Plough of Big Dipper, part of Ursa Major, the Great Bear. The seven main stars of the Big Dipper appear fixed, but go back or forward 100,000 years, and their positions change.
