Communication:Techno 2100 —— PET imaging
X rays are commonly used today in hospitals and doctor's offices, but there are new imaging techonology that most of us have heard of. Two of the best known medical imaging techonologies are CT scanning and MRI. In CT scanning, X rays are taken from different angles, a computer then lens the pictures into a color - coated 3D pictures. This technology is used to detect tumours and for many other mediacal purposes.
