Much of Australia’s land mass was once covered in rainforest. Radical climatic changes caused the rainforest to shrink. The governments of Australia had to impose heavy restrictions on logging to prevent the wholesale felling. The film characterized some kinds of wood for different purposes. It also introduces different operations in the area of sanding, assembling, final shaping, and in the coloring according to the texture of the timber.
